iden has a spectacular aura aboutiden has a spectacular aura about
Try the Chinese chain called "Yau Gwat Hei" (which sorta translates into something like "You've Got Backbone / What It Takes" (a stand-out name!).

The branch in Causeway Bay is just round the side from Victoria Park, around from St.Georges St.? While maybe not the very BEST, it's really tasty & OK-priced, with cheap, chilled big-bottled beers, AND very popular with "locals".

As with any proper dim-sum experience tho', a bigger group would be better so you can order & share in a wider range.
