I am looking for a chef to cook a private 'Babettes Feast" Must have full knowledge and training - not just good intentions sorry. If you have not seen the movie you won't be able to do this.
This is a special event for 16 people in a great location with all equipment supplied. Chef must source and supply all ingredients, prepare and serve - will need two staff. Work with host on all matters.
Budget is $8000 all in and no promises of more.

$8000 seems a pretty low figure, considering catering from a good hotel, delivered on site, would probably cost you at least that amount, without employing a suitably experienced chef and waiting staff on site.

Your best bets are to contact a restaurant or two and have them cater / provide the staff.
