Any reliable travel agent in Hanoi that runs Halong Bay cruise?

The Kangaroo Cafe runs their own cruises and has a better standard of bus transtport to Halong. There are several fake Kangaroo Cafes though- the real on is pretty obviously Aussie.

Most other places will hook you up with the same operators in Halong. Queen Travel is reputable. But pretty much any hotel in the city can probably arrange a cruise for you.

I'd seriously recommend brining a dust mask when you go to Hanoi.
