Anyone interested in meditating?

Hello,

I started meditating about a year ago and have been attending courses at a retreat centre in the US. I've found their techniques to be really useful and would like to share my experience with others who are also interested in meditating.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Not really Kuma, but I ever done it.
I joined some Buddhist events in the past where meditation is part of it ...that's long time ago.
It's tough to get focus, but I don't know if is similar kind as yours.
How often do you meditate and how long each time?

I try to meditate for 40 mins to 1 hour every morning. It's a method that I learnt from the Clairvision School in the US. Plus I do guided practices by listening to their CDs to keep myself going until I can visit the school again. Clairvision School

So what drew you to try out meditating, vcorn?

Dave, thanks for the link! It's really good to know that we have that option out here. Have you been on any of the courses at the Vipassana Meditation Centre?

Hi, i know a good place for meditation. --
Su Bong zen center.
秀峰禪院
they got english interpreters and one Western nun.

Goenka's center in Sheung Shui's good too. But the tape-playing is really loooooooooooong (they play the original English instructions, followed by Cantonese translations). But if you don't mind that, it's good.

And DharmaDrum (TW zen)--
