I'm looking for a personal trainer that is in, around or would travel to Tung Chung? Or does anyone know of group classes around TC? I'm a Mum looking at getting in shape (aren't we all) and thought I could wrangle a few other Mums around TC to join me in classes or using a PT? Weights, cardio, pilates, whatever... I need the exercise, weight loss and mental break! I'll also post this on the Mummy forums too. Any advice or help would be great! Any ladies keen to join me? I'm not sure if this is the right place to start.....

My name is Simon and I am a personal trainer from Uk, recently relocated to Hong Kong. I live in central but can get the MTR from Hong kong station to Tung Chung. It would only take half an hour to get to destination.
