Hey gang. I've got a netvigator connection and am trying to work out how to use Usenet. I know the address (news.netvigator.com) and have put that into a program (GrabIt) but am having trouble getting it to work.

I've never used Usenet before, so I have almost no idea of what how to use it. I have subscribed to a group, and can see the listings, but have no idea how to download the files that the links are for.

Can someone help me, speaking very slowly :P
