Here I am - Where are u? Looking for fun people in N.T. or HK for activities+exchange

Hi everyone!

I (27y) just moved to Hong Kong last week with my expat partner and as most of the accompanying partners I'm staying behind every morning, meeting just his friends in the evening... I want a live of my own ;-)
Since staying home is not my thing I am looking for people to chat, go out, maybe play tennis (I haven't played for 10 years, so don't expect any thing) or do other fun things.
We live in Tung Chung and there is a nice club down here which has a lot to offer, just need somebody to share the fun of bowling, squash etc.
Since I still wonder what the lady's saying in the underground I also like to learn some manderin or cantonese, if anybody knows a good place or is interested in language exchange, let me know. I am German with good English knowledge and basic Spanish (which is also improvable :-))
Well, I definitly talk to much sometime, so tell me something about you, maybe the chemistry is good :-)

You should look up the English Speaking YWCA - sounds like everyone that tries out their courses when they first arrive makes friends for life.

Hi there!
I am 30yrs old and moved from New York City with my husband a year and 3 months ago. Playing tennis sounds like lots of fun (I also have not played in about 10 years!). I wish I could hang out with you during the day, but I work full time, so anytime after work or on a Saturday would be great.
Let me know if you want to hang, what I really miss about NY is the diversity of people. I am 1/2 Puertorican, so I can help you brush up on some spanish. I haven't made friends here yet because I haven't made the "effort" to meet others.. plus, my husband works like crazy and I never see him.. so, I'm getting bored of hanging out with me, myself and I!
