Hi,
Just moved to Hong Kong and want to buy a Canon D40. Anyone on here have one and what can you tell me about it? I have an large range of EF lens, so just need the body. Best price and where to find it on Hong Kong Island?

As Lammarite points out, the 'where to buy cameras' threads have been flogged to death. If you use the search function or look under 'similar threads' you'll get a whole bunch of recommendations, generally for a couple of specific stores in Mong Kok, though I'd just go to Wellington/Stanley St in Central myself. They're all about the same and IMO not worth stressing over.

Thanks JGL for the links. I guess I did mean 40D. I have most of the Canon EF lens, so some of them will still work. I will go to Central and see what I can find. Price isn't a question, just quality, since I prefer the real deal when buying cameras. OK, thanks again.

I have a NIKON D40, purchased just under 1 year ago and in great condition. Let me know if you're interested.

I don't mind selling you the body only since I tend to use the lens with my D80.

Let me know if it's the NIKON you are after otherwise please refer to the threads if it's the Canon 400D you seek.
