We (my husband and daughter) are relocating to HK and is considering DB due its value for money and location. I've been looking at real estate websites to have gauge on the rentals. We have a budget of 15k for a 3 room unit. Can someone recommend which apartment or agent we can look for? I've tried emailing to Ka Man and Proway but there's no response from them. We'll be going to HK for a house hunting trip in January so we hope to arrange for some house viewing prior our arrival.

you should get a 3BR unit for 15k, but don't expect it to be walking distance to plaza and/or renovated.

We have been using Land Master Property - not as good as they used to be, but they are generally ok. You don't need to use many different agents in DB because most of them carry the same properties.
