Does anybody know if any of the bars are playing the football bowl games? I'm not even a big football fan, but I would like to try and catch the Florida/Michigan game if possible. Thanks

I just got to HK too and I also need to watch this game (even at 2am). I have heard that Skitz Bar in Wan Chai sometimes shows games. I sent them an email to see if they were showing this one. I will let you know if they reply. It does not appear to be on local ESPN (www.espnstar.com) so the only other alternative is to pay for the online stream from ESPN which at least should work.

I am not personally a football fan, but being an American, i feel like part of me is obligated to watch! I've even begun learning players names!!!

As far as finding a place and time, it's pretty much up in the air. You're best bet is probably a rerun on the local pearl or espn, or even msnbc! I know that at random time, some of the bars in Wan Chai play the games.

Funny, but they play them at California Fitness. I'll wait for a treadmill near the TV if a game is playing... Best of luck!

I am not expecting much. I would like to see them keep it within 3 touchdowns. I would consider it a moral victory if the margin was less than last year's OSU-Florida game.

Slingbox? what's that?? Sorry, to intervene on the convo here, I am not a big NFL fan...but I am a huge NHL fan! (I blame it on growing up in Toronto).

Anyone else like Hockey??

I have to admit, I do love hockey. I blame it on being Canadian. I'm from BC, so am a Canucks fan. They play some games here every so often in both LKF and Wan Chai.
