Am looking for an apartment in TST, furnished preferably, willing to go uptill Hillwood Rd. Budget around 9-11K and size wanted betw 700-1100 sqft.

Any input or information will be appreciated. Any particular agents that could be helpful in that area? There aren't many postings on sites for TST.

Most buildings in TST are quite old and those biggies have very few listings for them. I have seen most transactions including rent and sell are handled by small agents. Some of them have small shops in TST and some are individual agents moving around in TST almost whole day and have no shops. You may try an agent on Carnarvon road Opp MTR Exit-D(not sure about name). You may also move around in couple of streets around and you will find few more.
