Anyone staying or know anyone staying at Euston Court on Park Road?? any review?? need to make a decision by today... but feel a bit jumpy!

Not a good pick. Poor layout. Low turnover if for investment purpose. That's the reason why it's comparatively cheap.

Agree with tim - I lived there about 10 years ago. If you can find a decent flat at a good per sq ft rate .. its ok.

17K for 700sf.. is that decent?
i'm just renting it... not for investment purpose.. more concerned with the area, convenience etc...
