There's a Wellcome or Park 'n Shop every five feet in Hong Kong, which is not a good place to meet at if you're new to the area.

I suggest Exit J of Central Station, meet in front of the statue at Statue Square. It's an ideal place, except that if people meet on Sunday then it might be hard to wade through all the Filipina servants on their day off. Someone bring a sign.
