double visa application

I have somewhat a bit complicated case here, hopefully anyone will help me with it.

There is a company who wants to hire me and will stationed me in China and I am also waiting for an answer from another company who will want me to work in HK and will sponsor me with the HK visa. The China job won't require me to have an HK employment visa, so I don't need to go through the HK visa application. Instead, they are just going to apply me a China business trip visa which they said it's easy to get.

I am thinking to take the China job first while waiting for the answer from the other company. So, let say later if I get the job that based in HK and activate my visa application, will it be fine for me to work in China using the business trip visa while waiting for the visa approval with another company?

I hope it's clear...Please help me with this case.
Thank youuuuuu guysss...!!!

I'm not clear where it is that you plan to residence during this? Hong Kong visas are, strictly, residence visas for the purpose of Employment/Study/... If you plan to work in China using business trip visas but reside in HK then you still need a HK visa of some sort.

Also, if your going to legally work in China your company must apply for,and you be issued with an Aliens Employment Permit. This is a time consuming and tedious process, including amongst other things an AIDS test !

Without it you can be kicked back across the border and refused entry again.

Maybe there are some people on here who work for WalMart in Lo Hu.
I know some go over for the Mon- Friday and live in HK at the weekend. I just wonder what their process is

I don't think it matters where you work or working at or holding a China visa has anything to do with HK visa application. China and HK is 2 countries after all, although politically its supposed to be one. HK visa application will not need you to deposit your passport with them so you still can go in and out of HK into China. I just got mine done a few weeks ago and I was travelling in and out of China using a China tourist visa on my old passport! I basically used up my old passport going in and out of China on business trip/ working there on a 1 year tourist visa. I don't advise you to do that but they normally don't stop you from going in and out. Except when you overstay, which can get you into VERY serious problem at the immigration, $ problem :P

So I guess you are pretty ok and don't see a problem. Just make sure you go in and out of China within the stipulated period of stay on your visa
