Is is too much to ask, in this day and age, that tickets can be bought, not mearly requested, via the internet?

I was so organised....I would have even got the early bird booking discount. I 'book' THREE shows and get a message saying 'your request has been noted'. Then 2+ weeks later, I get a letter saying 'sorry, all the tickets you wanted are unavailable'.

Why-oh-why was I unable to book anything through the site (and find out if seats were available). Now, weeks after the seats I wanted have gone, I'm even less likely to get any tickets. This system sucks!

I'm so annoyed by this!! Why is HK so behind the times when it comes to the internet?
