Can someone recommend an affordable and personable accountant who would handle all accounting matters, help obtain BR and open bank account for a very small business?

Looking for an accountant
Hi,
Can anybody recommend a good and reasonable priced accountant ? Do we have to pay provisional tax only on salary , housing and school allowance ? Thanks.
