Are You Re-locating Your House??? Are You Thinking Of Tung Chung!!! Do No Sleep At All!!! Until You Strike A Deal - Keep Your Eyes Wide Open All The Time!!!!! Not To Become Prey To (few) Agents(not All....there Are Still Good Ones).
Some Time Back, I Have Had A Very Typical Kind Of Exp....for A Same Flat Tungchung, I Was Quoted 3 Different Prices By 3 Different Agents!!!!! Abt 1000 - 2500 Bucks Difference Between Each Of Them......
Just For The Agents To Make A Additional 500 - 1000 Dollars Comission , The Tennants Has Be Penalised At About 12000 - 24000 A Year ???
Isnt' That Too Much A Penality For Any Tennats , For Just 500 - 1000 Additional Commission To Agents!!!!thats' Substantial Money......
Better If The Agents Figure Out A Feasible Way Were All - The Tenant, Landlord And The Agents Interest Is Covered.....that Way It Would Be Wise... Just For A Benefit Of 500-1000 @ Screwing 12000 - 24000 Is Not Justified At All!!!!
