How much does HK Government primary schools charge per student? And is there a website where my 3 year old can apply?

i think that it depends on the type of school. most of the gov't schools are free. However, there are some that are allowed to charge minimal fees and others that can charge more.

it would be best to contact the Education Dept directly. They are called the EDB and they have a website, but I can't remember what it is, sorry.
