We'll (me and my brother) probably be going to Cambodia in Feb or March. He won some tickets a couple of days ago, so we're trying to decide between Kathmandu and Cambodia now.

lucky you Jayinhongkong. It seems to be a hard call between Kathmandu and Cambodia. Are regular plane tix to Kathmandu more expensive?

Oops, never realized you replied to my post. We still haven't used those tickets (and we might not be able to since we're both so busy). How did you like Cambodia?

quite a lot! I didn't really go off the beaten track. Spent 5 days visiting the temples. If you go, definitely visit Beng Melea (don't remember the spelling) and leave enough time there. It's amazing. A ruined temple peacefully coexisting with trees. I went there twice on the same trip.

And the boat trip to batambang was also great.
