PCCW Mobile: surrealist?

I cancelled my PCCW mobile account in October because I was super fed up with the service.

I have recently gotten a letter telling me my account will be cancelled if I don't pay the 15$ cancellation fee on my account.

When I go onto the internet to pay the bloody 15$, I cannot login because my account has been cancelled.

Grrr! what a waste of time! All this for 15$!
