Smile Pok Fu Lam

Hi. I'm thinking of buying a flat in Pok Fu lam. 3 bedrooms, balcony and good open view if possible. My budget is around $6m. I don't necessarily want to live in an estate - does anyone know any older buildings that might suit. Or any great estates. I'd really appreciate any advice or suggestions as I don't know the area very well. Thanks.

The lower floors in Upper Baguio are going for about $6.5 million at the moment and might fit your requirements.

There are several older buildings where you might get lucky (pretty rare to find them being sold from what I gather). You might also want to look at scenic villas.

You've also got University Heights (not sure about the views and balconies there)

Take a look on gohome.com.hk for more options.
