go for PwC or KPMG

KPMG should be the top payer, they specialise in the Financial Institutions. If you want to build a career in FI, then go for KPMG.

Next choice would be PWC becoz, well becoz its PWC.

No disrespect to the other 2, you should really first consider KPMG and PWC.

Relax and big 4 accounting firm is sorta oxymoron. I maybe biased towards KPMG coz i work there, but the culture is open and honest communication. Can't comment on PWC coz I don't have friends working there.

Also PWC have a habit of trying to get staff on the cheap so don't undervalue yourself either by accepting something with them, Do your research first.

is it true that although starting salaries are low they shoot up rather quickly?
