I strongly suggest you first decide the size you want.
Assuming you'd go for small - medium types, I can recommend two most popular choices:
CFA has a good list of "feline" models. I prefer the low maintenance "short-hair" variety though - simply brush clean once a week, or shampoo if too dirty.
If budget is a constraint, you can consider
Fanciers, for a good "pre-loved" piece for free ! (you may have to pay for shipping).
The other kind is more hardy - though I wouldn't say they could take a beating.
These are mainly from Tibet. They're easy to maintain.. however humidity in HK may be a worrying factor.
Finally, a word of advice - no matter which car-pet you choose, take good care of them .. though I know
