Where is the musical talent in HK ?

I grow tired and bored of the Flipper cover bands, tiny bands that use backing tracks, bands that have pretty rubbish vocal ability..

Where are the proper 5 piece plus sized bands ? Where are the bands with experienced musicians, that can actually play "professional" sounding original material ?

Are there any pub bands out there, that are remotely adlib talented, musically synergised, as Bic ( pronounced Bec ) Runga's video below displays ?

If there is a band that remotely comes close to the above, I am all ears .

Incidently, some of you will notice Neil Finn featured, who has been one of the greatest supporters of new talent in the NZ music scene, he's often seen with other musical talents, for a bit of fun,as a non expectational contribution.

*Bic Runga -- vocals, guitars
* Tim Arnold -- guitar
* Ben "Boxcar" Maitland -- vocals, guitars, harmonica
* Shayne Carter -- backing vocals
* Anna Coddington -- backing vocals
* Neil Finn -- vocals, guitars, piano, psalterian, vibraphone
* Rikki Gooch -- drums, percussion
* Rebecca Harris -- harp
* Anika Moa -- backing vocals
* Joanna Satomi Schulz -- French horn
* Conrad Standish -- vocals, bass guitar

Just regular NZ pub band muso folk, just like you'll find in Aus, the US, the UK and many parts of Europe... But what about Hong Kong, and to a large extent Asia ?
