Most of the past threads are dated 2005 so I'm looking for some new info.

I need a really good English speaking dentist to do a major filling and / or root canal. I already had the x-ray done at home and know I need the work but had no time to get the job done.

I've had a super bad experience in the past that traumatised me so now I have a totally irrational fear of getting dentistry done because the last screw up took a dozen visits, thousands of dollars and surgery to fix.

Therefore I need a super good dentist with hi tech hygenic facilities that understands the need for good drugs.

Please let me know if you can recommend a good dentist.
