My family and I will be moving to HK in the new year, and we have read so much about DB and TC.

I'm aware of the ferry vs MTR issue, and many people have mentioned DB is more family orientated (as I have 2 young kids) but my main concern at the moment is size and cost of apartment.

It seems as though 8,000-10,000 will get you 700-900 sqft in DB, and it will get you 800-1000 sqft in TC?

How about construction, and layout? which areas have better choices for a $HKG 8,000-10,000 budget?
