I am thinking of buy a flat on Lamma and I want it checked out by a qualified Building Surveyor. Does anyone know how I might get in contact with some?

This guy is famous in HK for inspecting house condition. The property news show in i-Cable TV always invite him as a guest speaker to show people how to inspect their house.
