| How to appeal? I have signed an agreement with PCCW to port my number from another company to PCCW. In the contract agreement, the effective date is 14-Nov-2007. But still haven't port the number. I have called PCCW's hotlines several times for the past 2 weeks and whenever I call them, the staff asked my contact number and let their manager get back me in 2 hrs. But no(t) any repsonse from them. I am really fed-up with their service. I want to move in legal action against them as they breached the sales contract. Anyone could help me how can I move this?
