But it is legal.

I know you (KIA) will debate the legality of TV show downloads, but I don't think even you would defend the legality of movie downloads would you? People have been arrested and fined significant amounts of money for that here in Hong Kong.

Well, strictly I believe it was for seeding torrents. But since many clients (as I understand it, which is only a little I will admit) seed stuff which you have downloaded then you're probably laying yourself open to prosecution.
