Lightbulb hong kong B&B type weekend getaway?

hi people!
i am in need of suggestions/recommendations of a nice ''weekend'' or ''few days'' getaway. (locally preferred)
just wondering if such accomodation such as or close to ''country side'' b&b type of a place exists here in hong kong. just looking for a nice quiet place to stay and do some ''outdoor'' hiking or sightseeing. far far away in the ''countryside'' preferrably and away from the city.
any suggestions?

thanks!

There are several B+B places on Lamma as well as a YMCA in Tai Po which is good if you're only looking for a bed to crash on. There're loads of good restaurants across the road and many, many hikes and bikes.
Unfortyunately, and surprisingly, there is nowhere in the Sai Kung area except maybe Ma On Shan.
