I keep getting the error message on my XBOX 360 'This disc's region code is incorrect for this console.'

Is there any way around this?

are your xbox and games coming from same region? i mean for example US xbox and HK game? if yes, that's normal..
one way to avoid it (except matching games and console region) is to mod your xbox by installing a chip inside.. but it's not really safe (warranty, if you got an hk version)

Thanks. My Xbox was from SSP and they told me it was chipped.

Humm i don't know how to find out the region.. was it brand new when you bought it? If the unit is chipped you shouldn't meet this kind of problem.

But as i remember i think i had this problem with my first 360... few weeks before it died....
