Restaurant for New Year's Eve

Hello all,
I am looking for a restaurant that is having a New Year's Eve type party. My hubby and I are in our 30s and my parents will be in town, but they are young are heart so we are looking for the sort of deal with a set menu, good music (we are Americans, so jazz, classic rock, big band would all be good but I guesss we are flexible), maybe dancing, an actual countdown to midnight/champagne toast, that sort of thing. I saw R66 is doing something. I know Times Square is a place to be but I think we're thinking something with a view? Although I guess we are flexible on that. I do think we would prefer Central or TST. Anybody seen any promotions advertised? Thanks much.

Pretty much all the restaurants and hotels will have a five star party. The marketing will probably begin in the next week or so - but most of the popular "in" venues would probably be taking bookings.

Times Square in Causeway Bay - I'd avoid .. it gets REALLY crowded.
