Next week sees the start of Ashes to Ashes, the sequel to Life on Mars, so I'll definitely be downloading that.

Can't wait!

BenderBends will become famous soon enough
when will online TV station companies realize that online TV only works if its for EVERYONE. it aggrivates me to no end that ABC and the like only allow US customers to view their shows online, yet if they opened thier doors to international viewers, they would then increase sales through DVD's and etc.

Underbelly

Has anyone been watching Underbelly? It's the best thing to come out of Australian tv in years! Absolutely fantastic! Like an Australian Sopranos, but way smarter and better. I highly recommend.

I watched the first two episodes last night. To tell you the truth, was a little disappointed - maybe because I had heard so much about it.

It is ok though and will be interesting to see how the rest of series plays out. Fair enough, we know how it ends up, but it is good to look into the "other side" of life.

Agree with Crocodile. Its like Aussie TV has taken a step back 10yrs.
The only thing thats got it noticed is its banned in Victoria so its got " download " cred.

HD Downloads

Is anyone downloading and succesfully viewing H.264 HD files?

If so, what spec of computer are you using?

I have a Athlon XP64 3200 and GF 6600 but it cannot handle playing such files at acceptable frame rates.

Is playing such files CPU or graphics card dependant, i.e. would I get away with just upgrading the video card?

Any help is much appreciated
