Breaking a Rental Lease?

Does anyone know of any way to end your lease early without incurring any financial penalties? Or have any suggestions as to how I can keep these penalties to a minimum?

If you are inside the minimum term of the lease then legally you are obliged to pay for the whole minimum period plus notice.

However, with the agreement of the landlord you may be able to transfer the lease to someone else if you can find someone to take it over.

I would talk to the landlord. If I were him I would let you go and rent the place out at a higher price.

of course its not a good advice Haahaa, This should be done as the last resort.

Not all landlords are nice, if you want to leave early most landlords will not give you back the deposit, this is the penalty and greedy owners will keep it and then tell you that you can move and then, rent the place out with a higher rent if they can.
