Has anyone heard of these little devices called Earplanes for regulating the pressure in your ears when you are flying? Do they work??

Has anybody seen them available anywhere in Hong Kong? My family and I are flying next week and we all have had nasty colds with lingering sinus problems so I'm desperate for anything that will help with inner ear pain on flights.
