Architect Engineer

We recently bought a little house in a fishing village in SaiKung, it's on a nice spot and have the potential to become very charming. But after few months of renovation planning, we are exhausted in our conversation with architect engineer here in HK. Seems that creative ideas for space usually are deemed as "wasting money".... Village house here is so conventional it's indeed boring and is a waste of the natural beauty in HK. I'm hoping that i'm lucky enough here to meet someone who maybe interested at working on a small but interesting project, or if you know anyone that maybe interested, or if you can recommend anyone, would appreciate any advice. Thanks a lot!
