Moving to HK in January 08 with 2 kids (5, 18 months). 5 year old ill be in Sheung Wan in French school for 1 year, then Jardine's lookout. Husband will be working in Tai Koo.
We've been looking at the Repulse Bay and Bamboo Grove. We like the idea of club/children facilities for a year or so whilst we settle in. Any comment/advice? Any other areas/appartments blocks you could think of?

Repulse Bay if you can afford it in your budget. Many French families live there and the schoolbus from the French schools stops there. Concerning the schools: most familiers prefer having their kids at the local montessori preschools than having their little ones take the school bus to the Sheung Wan Campus, which is quite far away, and not that nice at all.
