Hello !
I am this week in HK to look for a flat for me and family as we are moving to HK in April....
We are quite surprised as the prices I saw on Internet (gohome.com.hk) and the ones given by the property agent are very different (like 10k more than internet).
I am wondering if the agency is really trying to make a lot of money on my back or if internet prices are just there to catch the client.
Could you tell me what you reckon would be the right price for 1400 sq feet in Laguna Verde with seaview ?
If you do leave there, I much do you pay for what size ?

Does anybody have a status update on the rents for Laguna Verde? I'm planning to check it out on the weekend but would like to know if it would only be a waste of time.
