New arrangements for exports

To all who export " stuff " .

Having a conversation with our girl in Qingdao and she advises me of a new arrangement.

Before exporting, each item, each item must be certified by CCIB. The cost each item is RMB1000.
Items are submitted, inspected and a certificate issued. It only has to happen on the first instance and is then in place for repeat orders of the same item

This is a change from the usual, where the CCIB turn up at production, inspect and chop the document.

In our case ( soft toys ) I am not sure if it needs a certificate for each size and am seeking clarification. But for any of you that are shipping multiple item codes its going to rack up the expenses.
