Handball
This is a long shot but does anyone play new york style handball. This is similar to racquetball but played outside and without any racket, just hands.

I swear, I asked my husband just last week if he's seen a wall anywhere to play handball!! We are also from NYC and missing the game.. we have been here for a little over a year now, and I've never seen anyone play handball. I haven't played for at least 5 years now and I would be a horrible person to play with.. otherwise I'd say let's meet up for a match!! I hope someone else replies to this..

I was a bit mislead by the title, because handball to non Americans is something different. But after seeing a video on youtube how it works, I am sure there are walls to be found.

Jennifer I also haven't played in many years (10+) but I did play a few games 1 year ago and found the skills don't go away with time

Let me know if you'd like to meet up for a game, that is, after we find some walls.

Haven't you ever heard of handball world championships? It's a well known sport all over Europe. Ask Dirk Nowitzki. I played against his father's team (TG Wuerzburg) 25 years ago.

Ooooh let me know if you guys can get handball going. I was just getting into it before I moved here. Although I played a variation called chinese handball which is a bit easier.
