| | | Bought some products from Park N SHop with bugs inside (where to report this incident Bought a bag of RIGATONI at Park N Shop and found bugs like ants inside.
The bag is completely sealed. Complained to Park N Shop and they
were happy to refund, and their explanation was that it is common
to have bugs in pasta due to the weather (temperature change).
Is there any government agency to report similar incidents,
just to make sure suppliers or retailers do keep a good quality
of their goods. | |

| | | Wasn't there a case in the paper recently about a women that sued ParknShop for bugs too? The only gov't agency I can think of is the Consumer Council. | |

| | | The incident that Rani mentioned happened at Welcome at Causeway Bay (St Great George Street), the Park N Shop I went to is also at the same street in Causeway.
With regards to Tex's comment, yes it was a blue package, with an italian name, I had already thrown away the plastic bag. | |
