Alot of apartments in the Bellagio complex in Sham Tseng are empty. We negotiated a 6 month lease but are still here after 11months now. All the places are unfurnished but it could be worth a shot - dozens of estate agents here in the village.

Sham Tseng is half way between Tuen Mun and Tseun Wan. Do a search for Bellagio for more information.

You may try Royal View Hotel Serviced Suites at Ting Kau, close to Tsuen Wan. My friend lived there, is quite good for short term for budget around $10,000.
