That I am doing KIA....looking for a job...but been told that this is a rather slag period as far as jobs market goes and it'd be better if I look from january onwards...
but yes I am not very sure if I could do something illegal and trick law here....

Don't risk a deportation for short term gains.

If you're good - lots of opportunities in the market. Start looking now and start talking to people in December. Don't wait till too late.

What sector are you currently employed in and how many years experience do you have? Might be able to recommend a head hunter or two to you.
