Somewhere to tune up my bike on Hong Kong

Somewhere to tune up my bike on Hong Kong
Can anybody recommend somewhere or someone that can do a tuneup on my mountain bike on the island? I really don't want to schlep it up to Flying Ball or to Mui Wo, as much as I like them. I know some people have had issues with some of the bike shops as far as sales, but has anyone used them to do maintenance?

Have you tried Hop On its in Sheung Wan (near the Eastern Magistracy)

Also, four or five shops on Wanchai Road - closer to causeway bay, next to Chater House. Definitely seen them service bikes.

Can you give a bit more detail? I live in Sheung Wan, but am not sure where the Eastern Magistracy is.
