We are planning to organise a party for 40 people - 35 adults and 5 children...

Can anybody please recommend any venues in HK where we can book the venue and order for catering from outside...we are also okay with places that cater as well..but not expensive ones

Find someone whose building has a clubhouse. Those can be rented cheaply (by the tenant) and you can bring the food in.
