| how to approach client direct I think I am going to get pushed to one side by the recruiter on a project I have a n interest in. As is normal with recruiters the old " I am working in the interest of the client " line comes out. The problem is, having looked at the project plan they are asking the recruiter to find over a narrow band of parameters. The client is not a multi national or large company so may not have experiance in giving all the right recuiter keywords. I know the client and have contact details. Looking on advice how to approach direct in the most positive and advantageous way. The project is my perfect job based on my background / experience and I know if I can get an interview I will ace it. |
