You could ask the guys in your nearest Tom Lee location for a recommendation for a tuner...

Or you could contact the Hong Kong Society for the Blind - they train blind people to tune pianos.

Language might be an issue with the HKSB, but hey ... might make you feel a little bit better knowing you did some good for someone who probably needs it.
