Hi,

Can someone please tell me if I can
contact any Lawyer/Institute/Organization
specialized in helping Employers against abusing
Domestic Helpers?

Assuming you mean to help the employer (though it is not totally clear from your message) then why not just terminate the contract? If you hired through an agency then contact them also with your complaint.

Actually, I am looking for help.
I hired the helper direct (not through an
agency).

The helper just left the house without my
knowledge and now claims through Labour Dept that I terminated the contract without notice
and claiming wages in lieu, which is not true,
besides there are many other things the
helper is accusing of which are not true at all.

Is there any way I get help?
