Does anyone know where I can get Name Cards printed quickly (within 4 days)? - some basic artwork needed and possibly 2 colour.

www.print100.com.hk or try the side lanes in Sheung Wan near Bonham Strand / Wing On (about 20-40 printers in the stalls in that lane).

Print 100 does 300 cards for $115 (including delivery) and have good customer service / followup.
