Hey everyone

So my office is moving towards Bank of America building start of next year. My lease also comes up for renewal around the same time.

I'm the sort of person (after dealing with London commuting) who likes to live within walking distance (about 15 mins) from work. My present flat is more than 15 mins walk from the new office area.

I guess, what location would be good to live around with such criteria. I'd be looking to spend up to HK$15k a month on rent for a decent size 1.5 bed place.

Any help and / or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

There are some places in older buildings at the Eastern end of Caine Road that might fit your criteria (certainly downhill in the morning - uphill might be a little over 15 mins). The western end of Wanchai also has a few places that might work.
